Registration Inclusions:

Full Registration

Full registrations include attendance to all Conference sessions and keynotes, morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas, networking function, conference materials including handbook and the on-line book of abstracts. It also includes access to the book of proceedings and presenter podcasts, post Conference.

Member Registration*

If you are a member of the Association for Sustainability in Business you are eligible to receive the member registration rate. Discounts are on the summary page on the registration form.

Concession Registration**
Concession registrations are available for full–time students and unwaged delegates only.

Day Only Registration Rate – 17 or 18 September 2018

Day registrations include Conference sessions and keynote presentations for the nominated day, Conference materials including the handbook and book of abstracts (online), soft copy of the Book of Proceedings, access to presenter podcasts following the Conference and meals for the nominated day including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

Day registrations do not include the networking function or workshops. Tickets can be purchased through the registration form.

Welcome Reception (17 September 2018)

Tickets to the Welcome Reception are included in full registrations only and includes drinks and canapes. Tickets can be purchased from the registration form for day delegates and partners.

Early Bird Registration
Early Bird rates are offered to those who register and pay by Friday 3 August 2018. To be eligible for the Early Bird rate payment must be received by this date. After Friday 3 August 2018, all new and outstanding registrations will be transferred to the standard rate.

Once your registration has been received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the Conference start date, whichever comes first. The organisers reserve the right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.

All registrations received after Monday 3 September 2018 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the Conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash onsite.

Refunds and Cancellations

The Conference Committee understand that circumstances can change.  At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact the Conference Secretariat in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Friday 3 August 2018.

Registration cancellation received between Friday 3 August 2018 and Friday 17 August 2018 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees.  No refunds will be issued after Friday 17 August 2018. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.


It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange their own travel insurance. The Conference does not endorse or have arrangements with any companies.

The term “Force Majeure” means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, natural disasters, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the Conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.”
